Daniel Ray

Daniel received his law degree from Southern Methodist University, where he served as an editor of the SMU Law Review. He worked in the financial sector as an attorney for Countywide Financial Services in the mortgage servicing legal department, then joined a Dallas products liability defense firm representing auto, tire and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
 
For the past five years, Daniel has handled insurance cases for ERISA employment benefits insurers as well as general corporate liability cases and legal malpractice matters. He has taken over 30 trials to verdict, and represented corporate and government clients in cases with amounts in controversy over $100 million.
